The Juniper Networks JPSU-650W-DC-AFO is a 650W DC hot-pluggable power supply module designed for Juniper EX4550, EX4650, QFX3500, and QFX5100 Series platforms, providing reliable DC power delivery with front-to-back airflow for standard hot-aisle/cold-aisle data center configurations. The module delivers 650W output from a DC input source and features AFO front-to-back airflow direction where air enters from the port side and exhausts toward the PSU side, matching standard data center cooling architecture. An integrated self-cooling fan maintains thermal performance under sustained load. Hot-plug capability allows tool-less in-service replacement without interrupting chassis operation, and the module supports N+1 redundant power configurations for continuous operations. Airflow direction must match the fan modules installed in the chassis — mixing AFI and AFO modules in the same chassis is not supported and will trigger a Junos OS alarm. The AC equivalent and AFI airflow variants are available separately for deployments requiring alternative power or airflow configurations.
